no fox i did not breed them my self as i was trying to breed greygreen platinums and grey platinums this season, and i can not breed everything due to lack of room. to my knowledge there is only a few breeders in the country that have greygreen limes or greylimes so far. i sold a few lime series birds this season and i have had those 2 cock birds on order so to speak of for a few months. the guy who bred them bred 2 lime grey cocks a lime grey opaline cock and a greygreen lutino lime opaline / blue cock. i got 2 of them and naturally he is keeping the other 2. he bred these 4 birds from a greygreen lime opaline/ blue hen to a lime blue / opaline cock. they had 4 babies and they were all grey factor cock birds. that is a very good result for him as far as i`m concerned. there is no doubt there will be a lot more grey limes being bred this coming season. in regards to price a got them at mates rates so to speak. but i paid $350 for the lime grey opaline and $300 for the lime grey / opaline. i think they will sell for around the $300 mark for lime grey hens and cock birds after this coming season.
